About Carrie Hayter Consulting
Carrie Hayter Consulting work with disability, aged care and health care agencies to transform the way they plan, deliver and design their service systems. We work to amplify the voices and perspectives of people with lived and living experience of ageing, disability and health conditions in all service systems and in health research.

Our philosophy
Everything that we do is informed by a human rights and active ageing framework that promotes the inclusion of people in their communities and service systems. To put our ideas into practice, we work with everyone involved in health and care systems – people with lived and living experience, practitioners, front-line staff, policy makers, researchers and leaders. This philosophy is reflected in the education courses, workshops, books, writing, resources, presentations, strategic planning, research and evaluation we produce.
