Enhancing Consumer Engagement in Aged Care Services
The brief
In 2018 and 2019, we partnered with COTA Queensland and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to deliver 17 Enhancing Consumer Engagement workshops with over 400 aged care providers across Australia to improve their consumer engagement practices to meet the outcomes of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
