Peer Power and Diversity
The brief
In 2017 and 2018 we worked with the Diversity Disability Alliance to design an inclusive peer led evaluation of their peer to peer empowerment work. The evaluation worked with peer leaders to evaluate the impact of peer to peer models for people with disability from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.The evaluation highlighted the significant benefits and challenges of peer support for people with disability and their allies from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
